Margarita Machine
Operating Instructions
Through our experience, we've learned a few secrets about
getting the best performance out of your margarita machine.
Put 4 gallons of water in the refrigerator. Put your tequila
in the freezer. That's so the ingredients are closer to 32 degrees - you'll
Party Pronto when everything is frozen!
We use a 3:1:1 ratio. Three parts of water, one part of
concentrate, and one part of alcohol. (You will add the alcohol once the mix is
frozen). If it's too sweet, add more water. For a new batch, stick to the
3:1:1 ratio.
Your first batch will be ready in about an hour if the party
is indoors, or two hours if it's outdoors. (If you start with warm water and add
the alcohol before it's frozen it could take 4 hours or more!)
The machine must be indoors or in a shaded area with a
dedicated 110 circuit with 15 amps. The machine won't work if anything else is
on the circuit! If you must use an extension cord, it must be 10-12
gauge and no more than 25 feet.
Don't worry - be happy!
We'll prepare the first batch for you - but remember, you'll
add the alcohol when the water/concentrate mix is frozen.
